Observation: The temperature in the breakfast sandwich cooler is 11 degree Celsius. It appears that this cooler has been accidentally unplugged from the electric outlet.
Corrective Action: Relocate all the potentially hazardous sandwiches out of this cooler. Electricity to the cooler restored at the time of this inspection.The operator to start using this cooler only after it is able maintain a temperature of 4 degree Celsius or below.
