Corrective Action: Large containers heated on the burners were provided to adequately provide water on a temporary basis for the rest of today's service. A hot water tank was purchased at time of inspection to be installed tomorrow.

Corrective Action: Ensure that quats strips are available at all times to measure the dishwashing santizer solution as per McDonalds' food safety plan.
