109	Critical Other (Specify) Observation: Water for dishwashing does not reach 45 degrees celsius as required. Hot water tank is not adequate for the needs of the premises. Corrective Action: Large containers heated on the burners were provided to adequately provide water on a temporary basis for the rest of today's service. A hot water tank was purchased at time of inspection to be installed tomorrow.
118	Other (Specify) Observation: No quats strips available at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Ensure that quats strips are available at all times to measure the dishwashing santizer solution as per McDonalds' food safety plan.

Provide an update tomorrow as to the status of the water tank installation.
