Comments:
Premises otherwise well maintained. Ceiling has been refinished with paint since last inspection and menu has been altered so that the production of grease laden vapours is reduced. Thank you. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches 71C in final rinse as required.
