Observation: Wiping cloths are not clean, not restricted in use, and not stored in approved sanitizing solution. Spray bottle of Quat solution not available at all work stations.
Corrective Action: Wiping cloths must be kept in a sanitizing solution (200 ppm Quat)when not in use. Ensure Quat spray bottles are available for use.

General maintenance and cleanliness is satisfactory.
All cooler temperatures are below 4 degrees Celsius - good. Continue to monitor on a regular basis and ensure thermometers are available in an easy to read location in all units.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appear to be satisfactory.
