At the time of this inspection, iodine levels in the rinse cycle were in 3-4 ppm range. Corrective Action: Repair the bar glasswasher to provide 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle. The operator reminded to not to use the bar glasswasher until it is repaired. |
