Hand sink was completely dry, no soap available and no cold water running in the handsink at time of inspection so that it was impossible to wash hands. Corrective Action: Cold water tap was turned off at time of inspection, the tap was turned back on, the sink was cleared and new soap was provided. Ensure that the handsink is clear at all times and fully stocked for handwashing. |
