104  Critical Food Handler Illness/Hygiene
Observation: Staff observed washing hands without soap and paper towels. Hand sink was completely dry, no soap available and no cold water running in the handsink at time of inspection so that it was impossible to wash hands.
Corrective Action: Cold water tap was turned off at time of inspection, the tap was turned back on, the sink was cleared and new soap was provided. Ensure that the handsink is clear at all times and fully stocked for handwashing.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Raw meat and thawing pork was stored above ready to eat foods in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action: Do not store raw foods above ready to eat foods. Designate a section of the cooler on the bottom shelf as "RAW MEAT ONLY". Raw food moved at time of inspection.
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: No paper in paper towel dispenser.
Corrective Action: Ensure paper towel dispenser is fully stocked at all times.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Countertop in fryer area is chipping paint, uneven, and un-cleanable.
Corrective Action: Refinish the countertop so that it is easily cleanable. Correct by next inspection.

Observation: Broken ceiling tiles.
Corrective Action: Fix broken ceiling tiles. 3rd Request. Correct this item by next inspection (December 28th, 2009) or enforcement measures will be taken (e.g. ticketing).
