Corrective Action: Ensure quat sanitizer buckets are filled at all times and changed regularly.

Observation: Push button dipper well system not used correctly.
Corrective Action: Ensure that staff are changing out the utensils used in the dipper well every 2 hours as per your food safety plan.

Observation: No self- closing mechanism on the bathroom door.
Corrective Action: Ensure that a self closing spring is installed within 2 weeks.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Cardboard box used to store empty milk containers.
Corrective Action: Replace this with an easily cleanable container.

Comments:

Premises otherwise clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. Follow up inspection to be conducted on November 4th.
