108. Clean, wiping cloths used with sanitizing solution. Disposable wiping cloths discarded/changed several times throughout day.

- Hot water at handsink in women's public washroom has been repaired.
- Leak from ice machine has been fixed.
- Cooking ventilation has improved - new motor has been installed in ventilation equipment.
- New freezer has been purchased for storage of sushi fish.
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 180F = good.
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4C = good.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -16C = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at all handwash stations.
- Reviewed Food Safety Plans for sushi rice with operator.
