Facility is undergoing major renovation to front customer seating area. Facility has kept drive-thru service open during renovation. Kitchen area has been sealed off from front customer seating area however, some construction dust does penetrate kitchen. Discussed with operator importance of keeping all foods covered, during this period. Any dust on work surfaces is cleaned and sanitized immediately. General cleaning of kitchen is on-going to ensure clean standards of kitchen are maintained.
