Comments:
Permission is given to operate the new bar area next to the patio subject to the following conditions:
- provide durable,smooth easily cleanable surface to the backsplash in this area (recommend either stainless or FRP).
- seal the hole in the floor where the piping is so that it can be easily cleaned.
- provide coving along the wall at the floor-wall joint
- seal all of the joints with a waterproof durable silicone or equivalent.
- Provide caps to all of the corners that include exposed styrofoam.
Work must be completed by September 30th.
