Comments:

Cleaning has been completed as required. The line cooler now maintains 4 degrees celsius as required. During the last inspection the cooler fan was blocked and the hot air was introduced back into the cooler, leading to increased temperatures. This has been corrected and now the cooler functions properly.

Also, it was confirmed with the operator that the food service conducted by Pat's Pulled Pork at the Whistler Farmers market now utilizes a proper handwash station to ensure proper hand hygiene.
