Observation: Overall cleaning in the facility needs improvement. The floor and the outside of the pizza oven is dusty. The vinyl walls are stained on few places. This observation was noted in previous health inspections.
Corrective Action: The floor, walls and all the hard to reach areas must be cleaned more frequently. Review your general cleaning procedures to include thorough cleaning of all hard to reach areas on a regular basis.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Some of the ceiling tiles are water damaged/broken.
Corrective Action: Replace the broken/damaged ceiling tiles. This is an uncorrected non critical violation.
803   Premises is free of conditions which lead to harboring/breeding of pests (Sec 26(b)
Observation: The back door of the store was open at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: The back door should either be kept closed or a pest proof screen door provided. This is a re occurring violation.

- Hand washing facilities satisfactory.
- Foodsafe certified staff available.
- No signs of any pest infestation observed at the time of this inspection. A regular contract with a pest control professional exists ( pest control professional's reports not available).
- Sanitizer dispenser providing >200 ppm quat sanitizer.
- Thermometers available in the cooling units with potentially hazardous foods in them.
- Food storage practices appear to be satisfactory.
