- Paint any unfinished wall surfaces.
- Submit Application for Food Service Establishment Operating Permit.
- Submit Food Safety Plan.
- Submit names of all Foodsafe trained staff
- Submit Food Safety Plan
- Submit Sanitation Plan
- Submit names and contact info of food suppliers

- Menu has been submitted.
