Observation: Cleaning within the kitchen area and within the walk-in cooler and freezer is in need of improvement.
Corrective Action: Thorough cleaning of these areas should now and routinely be carried out.

Observation: There is paint flaking from brackets on the hot hold equipment.
Corrective Action: This should be treated and sealed leaving a smooth, impermeable and cleanable surface.

Observation: Food was being stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler and freezer.
Corrective Action: To prevent the risk of contamination to food contact surfaces food should not be stored directly on the floor.

Observation: The surround wrapper was not cleaned before staff left the premises.
Corrective Action: This contains many food crumbs and should be thoroughly cleaned after each period of use.
