Observation: As we discussed, repair ceramic tile baseboards where missing / loose to provide a smooth cleanable surface. Caulk all holes in walls and install a cover plate on floor drain (walk-in cooler condensation line).

Comments:

This is a good example of a well managed food premises. Recommend all managers receive food serve or foodsafe training. Foodsafety plans and sanitation plans are correctly implemented.
