Follow-Up. Owner has looked at tile to cover back wall area. Wall area must be repaired asap as mentioned in previous reports. Food Storage: Cover all foods when stored in cooler. Clean white arborite top by salad prep area. Ceiling tile needs replacing. Wall area by stove needs cleaning. Reviewed sanitizer cleaning with Kevin. Thorough cleaning of front area needed. Reviewed temperatures of steam table. Temperature log required 3 times per day to ensure correct temperature of 60 C is maintained. Re-inspect in 2 weeks.
