Temporary resurfacing of the kitchen floor surface has been carried out and is acceptable in the short term. The beer cooler cellar is still undergoing floor repair and the garbage room floor is still outstanding and advised that this has to be approved and carried out by the Strata - awaiting notification for the commencement of work.
