Approximate iodine concentration of 4 ppm measured at the time of this inspection. The operator's attempt to recalibrate the machine failed raise the iodine concentrations. Corrective Action: Recalibrate the glasswasher to get 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse water. This is a critical violation and must be addressed immediately. |
