Observation: Ice scoop was stored in the ice bin.
Corrective Action: The ice scoop must be stored in a designated container.
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: The rubber curtain on the glass washer is missing some panels allowing spray to escape and contact clean glassware store to the right of the machine.
Corrective Action: Staff indicated that a new rubber curtain was already on order from the glasswasher maintenance company.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: The hand sanitizing dispenser is located directly above the garbage cans.
Corrective Action: Move the hand sanitizing dispenser.
118   Repeat Other (Specify)
Observation: Temperature logs are not being maintained for the coolers.
Corrective Action: Resume temperature monitoring and keep a log.

Comments:

All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
Glass washer was delivering an adequate concentration of sanitizing solution.
Quat sanitizing solution tested 200ppm.
Hand washing supplies are available - soap and paper towel. There should be 1 sink designated as hand washing area which is kept clear at all times.
Facility is clean and well maintained.
