Comments:
A hand sink has now been installed in the small bar area so that bar staff can wash their hands during service. Thank you.
The drain cover in the main bar area has been installed.
The wood in the drink coolers at the back of the main bar have been removed.
The 3 washroom stalls in the women's section have been repaired and functional. Thank you for your prompt attention to these items.
Still required from the previous inspection are the refinishing of the bar wood bar shelves behind the pop syrup storage area in both bars and the floors underneath the glasswasher. Operator indicated that the glasswasher area would be tiled in the new year. A follow-up inspection will be scheduled at the beginning of next year to address these items.
