Comments:

Items from previous inspection report:
1. The doughnuts have now been moved to the back counter. This is an acceptable alternative to providing an enclosed case.
2. All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements.
3. An ice bath is no longer being used for baked potato dressings - good.
4. The yogurt display was not overstocked and air circulation was good.
5. The food safety plan was checked and it was found that date squares do not require refrigeration.
6. The temperature of the foods in the Alto Sham was >60C - good.
7. All of the refrigerators have thermometers.

Outstanding: The wooden shelves under the counter by the windows still need to be cleaned/re-sealed.

New Item: It was noted that the temperature of salad bar toppings was slightly over 4C. Consider switching to metal inserts rather than plastic and keeping lids on the inserts containing potentially hazardous foods to assist in maintaining the required temperatures.

There are no other concerns at this time.
