Observation: Wiping cloths are not stored in approved sanitizing solution. Sanitizing solution (100ppm chlorine solution) was available at time of inspection, however, wiping cloths were neglected on the counters. All wiping cloths were moved for storage in sanitizing solution at time of inspection.

Observation: Handwashing facilities not accessible. Please keep handbasin in food storage area clear for handwashing.

Areas noted at time of inspection.
-Final rinse in dishwasher 100ppm chlorine solution - good!
-Refrigerators <4C - good!
-Display for salads/sandwiches <4C - good!
-Liquid soap and paper towels available for handwashing at handbasins in front service area, food storage area, and washrooms - good!
-All cleaning products are stored in a designated area - good!
-All ice scoops are stored in washable containers on a separate shelf (external to the ice machine!) with the handle facing out to reduce the risk of contamination to the ice - good!

109.FoodSafe certificate of manager received. The operator must ensure that in their absence at least one employee on duty has a FoodSafe Certificate.
112.Hose at mop sink is kept above water level to prevent a cross connection.
116.All sealing completed to prevent the collection of dirt and debris is gaps.
