A follow-up inspection was conducted to review the progress made during the November renovations. This facility has taken significant steps and noticeable improvements were noted:

The downstairs has been completely upgraded. Concrete floors were all painted, all clutter has been removed and all areas are well organized and immaculate. New shelving units have been installed in the dry storage area which will make the area more easy to clean and maintain. Food storage was excellent, all foods stored in sealed containers and are well-protected from any possible sources of contamination.

The upstairs kitchen has been thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. New light covers were installed, ceiling and walls were painted, all shelving units were scrubbed, flooring was repaired behind the grill, the ventilation system has been serviced by a qualified person and the leak in the garde manger has been repaired.

Other observations:
1. All temperatures met regulatory requirements and temperature monitoring will be conducted on a daily basis.
2. A new sanitation plan has been developed aimed to ensure routine and consistent cleaning of all areas.
3. A new food safety plan will be submitted to the health department to reflect the changes in the menu.
4. The dishwasher final rinse temperature tested 71C at the plate.
5. There have been no signs of recent pest activity.

There are no health concerns with this facility at this time.
