Thermometers are now available in all coolers.
Foodsafety and sanitation plans have been submitted for review.
Soap and paper towels are avaialbe at the handsinks.

*Dishwasher was not operational at the time of inspection, scheduled for service on May 8/08 - Health permit will not be issued until dishwasher is operating properly (water temperature in the final rinse cycle must be 82C).

Light covers are still required over the grill and in the freezer.
