Comments:

Discussed the results of this inspection with Brenda Mendonca, the owner.
The following items are in compliance:
- All refrigerators are running below 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezers running below -18 degree Celsius.
- Thermometers observed in all the cooling units.
- Temperature logs being maintained for all the cooling units. Cooking and cooling temperature logs available.
- Sanitizer dispenser providing more than 200 ppm quat solution.
- The dishwasher is providing more than 71 degree Celsius rinse temperature on the dishes.
- Soap and paper towel available on the hand washing station.
- Wash room is well supplied.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
- General maintenance of the premises is satisfactory.

Ventilation: Production of grease laden vapors is prohibited in this establishment as per one of the conditions on the permit. However, the operator is currently using two small deep friers which she claims have been approved by the previous EHO. These friers in use do not appear to be commercial grade self contained friers.

The EHO to verify that the deep friers in use are self contained as claimed by the operator by reviewing the approval records.
