Comments:

The following items addressed since last inspection:
- Dry-storage room has been made rodent-proof. Screening has been installed in open ceiling gaps. Door now seals tightly.
- All floors, walls have been finished to provide surfaces that are smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleaned.
- Refrigerators and freezers have been installed. Temperature logs will be maintained daily.
- Handwash stations (2) have been supplied with liquid handsoap and paper towels.
- All dry-goods to be stored in food-grade containers with tight-fitting lids.
- Food Safety Plans and Sanitation plans approved and on file.
