- Glasswasher sanitizing rinse recorded 100ppm chlorine = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash basin = good.
- Ice scoop stored in separate container outside ice machine (container cleaned and sanitized daily) = good.
- No food serviceat this time (prepackaged chips for sale only).
- Sanitation log monitored and posted for glasswasher (Be sure to test sanitizer daily).

Lounge is in the process of renovations. Application for Operating Permit must be submitted and approved prior to opening. Application documents left with operator.
