Some food still being stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer, some opened dry foods still being stored in non-food grade containers, inconsistent day/date labeling still noted, temperature monitoring and recording now being consistently carried out, cleaning generally improved, special squid preparation during busy periods now abandoned, back flow preventer valve now tested, lighting within walk-in cooler now working.
