The following items have been addressed, since last inspection:
110. (1) All foods in walk-in cooler and dry storage area - are stored up off floor.
113. Dishwashing sink - plumber is working on poorly draining sink - grease trap and drain pipes are being cleaned.
116. (1) Water leak in ceiling above cooking equipment is no longer apparent. Hotel owner still in process of further roof repairs.
(2) Unused equipment has been removed from kitchen.
(3) Unfinished wall surfaces in kitchen have been repaired.
(4) Door has been installed on electrical room beside dry storage area.
(5) Holes in walls of ceiling have been repaired.
(6) Kitchen equipment is being cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
