Observation: a)The fridge does not have a thermometer in it. b) The fridge does not have a designated spot to store raw meats.
Corrective Action: a)All refrigeration and freezing units must have a thermometer in it. The fridge and the freezer should be organized to make a designated space to store the raw meats to eliminate the chances of contamination of the ready to eat foods.
122  Critical Inadequate Food Safety Plan
Observation: A food safety plan is not available.
Corrective Action: An updated food safety plan needs to be submitted for approval. This plan should be kept on site all the times. A copy of the food safety plan template was provided for the operator to use.
