Corrective Action: Please use single-use plastic wrap for covering foods to avoid potential contamination.

-all refrigerators <4C = good!
-hot holding >60C = good!
-all freezers <-18C = good!
-final rinse in high temp dishwasher ~75C internal = good! (gauges not checked for >82C)
-liquid soap and paper towels available at handbasin in front service area and sink in dishwashing area = good!
-wiping cloths in 200ppm QAC sanitizer = good!
-general maintenance is good!
-Permit is posted in view of public = good!
