Facility has undergone renovations in last year, to food preparation areas.
The following items are still to be completed:
- Doors to be installed on new kitchen cupboards.
- Ventilation to be installed above stove, to allow removal of steam, vapour and odours.
- Install wall-mounted liquid handsoap dispensers at all handwash sinks (washrooms included).
- Install screen doors on all doors that enter food preparation areas (if doors are to be left open).
- Mop drying area to be moved away from food preparation and dish washing areas..
All other conditions satisfactory.
