Observation: All construction items to be addressed by November 30th.
Corrective Action: 1. The kitchen hallway walls floor and ceiling must be refinished and sealed with smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable surface. 2. the stairs leadning into the dishwashing area should be properly refinished and sealed. 3. The holes in the walls in the dishwashing area must be properly refninshed and sealed. 4. The flooring in the dishwashing area must be properly refinished so that it is smooth, non porous and easily cleanable, the broken tiles should be removed or replaced. 5. The walls above the hot water tank should be proerly refinished, for example with a kitchen/bathroom paint.

Comments:

The line cooler is functioning properly at time of inspection. The high risk canned goods have been removed from the premises. Reinspection for all construction items on November 30th, 2013. Failure to comply with item 116 will result in ticketing measures. Discussed requirements for the selling of canned products on the premises and at North Arm Farm. Testing information is provided with this report.
