Areas that have been addressed from the previous report:
1. The wall behind the fryer has now been patched.
2. The wall under the stainless shelf have been sealed.
3. The wooden shelf above the main line has been re-finished and sealed to create a smooth, cleanable surfaced.
4. Soap and paper towel dispensers have now been installed.
A final inspection is required prior to opening, operator to contact this office.
Items that are still required:
1. The food safety and sanitation plans must be submitted.
2. The prep cooler and ventilation system need to be serviced and in working condition.
3. A final cleaning is needed.
