Areas addressed since last inspection (December 20, 2006):
- BarBQ chicken display case - hot-holding temperature recorded 77C = good (heating elements and power source has been upgraded).
- Ready-to-eats soups hot-holding at 85C = good.
- Deli cooler below prep table has had new shelving installed. Foods in cooler are now better organized.
- Wet dishes out of dishwasher are hand-dried (if necessary) with paper towels.
- Some paper towel and liquid handsoap dispensers still on order.
- Wooden bread display boxes have been removed.
