The following items have been completed since last inspection:
108. Dishwasher has been repaired and now provides 100ppm chlorine in sanitizing rinse. Test strips provided. Sanitizer concentration is being monitored daily and results recorded on Sanitation log.
116. (1) Floors have been cleaned.
(2) Tin foil and plastic wrap have been removed from shelves.
(3) New kitchen shelf has been provided beside cooking equipment
(4) New storage rack for clean knives has been provided.
Still to be done:

(2) Replace wooden cabinet beside cooking equipment with metal shelf (easier to clean and maintain)
