Observation: Sani buckets did not contain any sanitizer at time of inspection. This is the third consecutive inspection that this violation has been noted.
Corrective Action: Sani buckets must be filled at all times and contain at least 200ppm quats, 100ppm chlorine or 12.5 ppm iodine sanitizer.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Bare wood shelving has not been painted as requested on the two previous inspection reports.
Corrective Action: Finish the bare wood shelving so that it is non-porous and easily cleanable.
