The following items on the last routine inspection report has been partially corrected:
- One of the condensate drainage line from the cooler has been connected to the drain and is no more discharging into the 2 compartment sink. However, another condensate drainage line is still discharging into the 2 compartment sink. The manager to investigate the origin of this condensate and take the appropriate corrective action to ensure that the drainage condensate is not discharging into the two compartment sink. Target completion date extended to 15th of November , 2011.
A mop sink has not yet been installed. Discussed with the manager the proposed size and the location of the mop sink. It was agreed upon by the manager that a mop sink is needed and will be installed to insure the filling and the draining of the mop bucket in a sanitary manner. The target completion date for the mop sink installation is extended to 15th of November, 2011.
Discussed with the manager the handling procedures for newly introduced salads items. No washing of the green vegetables occur on the premises. Pre-washer greens are directly transferred into the disposable serving containers. No extensive handling of the ready to eat items takes place.
