Routine inspection.
In compliance items:
- Refrigeration temperatures are 4 degree Celsius or below.
- Freezer temperatures are -18 degree Celsius or below.
- Thermometers available in all cooling units,
- Temperature logs being maintained.
- 100 ppm bleach being used to sanitize the utensils in the 3 compartment sink.
- Bleach sanitizer available in the spray bottles.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Food safe certified food handlers available.
- Soap and paper towel provided on the hand washing station.
- Food storage practices appear to be satisfactory.
- Food handling practices appear to be satisfactory.
