Observation: There are not enough food safe certified staff to ensure that there is at least one certified person working in the store all the times
Corrective Action: The manager advises that he will be sending one staff for the next available foodsafe level 1 training in Whistler.
802  Critical Repeat Premises are free of pests (Sec 26(a)
Observation: No corrective actions have yet been taken for the fruit fly problem in the mop sink area. No enhanced cleaning or treatment of the drains has yet occurred.
Corrective Action: Clean all the hard to reach areas around the mop sink and underneath the ice machine. Treat the drains in the mop sink and the floor drain behind the ice machine with bleach solution. Should these measures fail to control fruit flies, a pest control professional must be consulted.
