Comments:

The following items still to be corrected (per Order issued July 22, 2009):

115. Rear kitchen screen door must be designed to provide a tight seal when closed.

105. 1) Provide probe thermometer to monitor temperatures of potentially hazardous foods.
2) Provide thermometers inside all refrigerated units.
3) Repair or replace cold line refrigeration unit in kitchen (EHO will follow-up with operator, with specific requirements for refrigerator repair or replacement).

113. Install dedicated handwash sink in kitchen. (Operator plans to meet with plumber within next 10 day to discuss installation of new handwash sink - operator will then provide EHO with planned installation date. Operator will submit plans for approval, prior to installation).
