Observation: Oil drums were stored on floor, without any leak protection.
Corrective Action: Please store the oil drums in a spill proof container to avoid any oil spilling out onto floor. This could result in a tripping hazard or contribute to conditions that could lead to the harborage of pests.

Comments:

If operator decides to use new storage area for food prep a handwashing basin must be installed and a wall must be put up between bathroom area and storage room.

All protective temperatures meet health requirements.
Premises is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
Dishwasher is sanitizing properly.
