Corrective Action: All pizza toppings were discarded. According to the Domino's Food Safety Plan, any foods that are stored above 4C for more than 2 hours must be discarded. This procedure is not being adhered to by staff. |
108 | Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils Observation: The bottle of sanitizer solution was empty - surfaces are not being thoroughly sanitized on a regular basis. Corrective Action: Bottles of sanitizer should be kept stocked at all times. Staff did not appear to have adequate training in this regard. |
