Observation: The pizza toppings stored in inserts were not cold enough - temperatures measured between 10C and 17C.
Corrective Action: All pizza toppings were discarded. According to the Domino's Food Safety Plan, any foods that are stored above 4C for more than 2 hours must be discarded. This procedure is not being adhered to by staff.
108  Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: The bottle of sanitizer solution was empty - surfaces are not being thoroughly sanitized on a regular basis.
Corrective Action: Bottles of sanitizer should be kept stocked at all times. Staff did not appear to have adequate training in this regard.

Observation: The temperature logs are not up-to-date. There is only 1 temperature recorded for the period from August 10th to August 31st.
Corrective Action: This is unacceptable. Temperatures must be checked every day and recorded.
115   Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: The issue with flour beetles along the baseboards has not been corrected.
Corrective Action: This facility has hired a professional pest control company. A report of their findings and actions must be submitted to the health unit.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: There is still a missing ceiling tile in the washroom.
Corrective Action: Install a ceiling tile.

Observation: Lights within the back kitchen are still missing protective covers.
Corrective Action: All lights must have shatter-proof protective covers.

Observation: The coving along the wall next to the hand sink still needs to be replaced.
Corrective Action: Fix the coving.
