118 | Repeat Other (Specify) Observation: There are still no clear instructions for the employees on the amount of sanitizer to use to make a correct concentration sanitizer solution. Corrective Action: Provide clear instructions on how to make a sanitizer solution of required concentration ( 200ppm) so that the employees can are able to make this solution when needed. This violation is outstanding from the last inspection. Currently all employees are adding unmeasured amounts of sanitizer make the solution. The sanitation plan and the wall signs do explain the method to make the sanitizer solution but do not mention the amount of sanitizer to use. |
