Comments:
The following precautions have been taken to prevent the occurrence of fruit flies: - Traps have been provided in warewashing, bar and pop syrup storage areas. - Fans have been installed in affected areas. -New floor mats have been provided. - Enhanced cleaning procedures have been implemented.
All items from previous report have been addressed correctly with the exception of the provision of a new backsplash for the warewashing area and the refinishing of the flooring in the kitchen.
