Premises is clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher has been repaired and reaches 50ppm chlorine as required.
Ensure that the dishwasher reaches 50ppm at all times as the sinks in the kitchen are not adequate to serve as a backup method when the dishwasher breaks down. Because of this, it is critically important that the dishwasher is repaired immediately when it breaks down as the kitchen cannot operate without it.
