Corrective Action: 1. Front bar service area fridge is not approved for food storage (wood shelving). Operator will provide additional new fridge in kitchen for food storage. Front bar fridge may be used for cold storage of bottled drinks only.

Observation: 2. Crack detected in bottom of utility sink in kitchen.
Corrective Action: 2. Repair crack in bottom of utility sink. Maintain sink in clean and sanitary condition.

Comments:

The following items have been corrected since last inspection:
110. 1) All foods stored up off floor
2) Soap dispenser refilled for dishwasher
3) Kenmore fridge refilled and organized
4) Soap and paper towels restocked at handwash sink
5) Raw meats in fridges stored on bottom shelves
116. 1) Floors cleaned, degreased and kept dry (operator will maintain floors in clean condition)
2) Grease trap has been emptied and cleaned.

Still to be done:
116. Walk-in cooler still to be repaired - operator awaiting parts on order. EHO will follow-up in 2 weeks. Operator will provide additional fridge in kitchen to ensure adequate refrigerated storage is provided.

Front bar service area not approved for food preparation or food storage. Maintain area in clean and sanitary condition.
EHO provided to operator, a daily opening and closing checklist for kitchen.
