Observation: 1) Ice scoop holder is worn/cracked. 2) Sanitation log for glasswasher is not being maintained on daily basis. 3) Sanitizer spray bottles incorrectly labelled with contents.
Corrective Action: 1) Provide new holder for ice scoop. 2) Maintain Sanitation log on daily basis. Monitor and record results on log. (Test strips available - operator knowledgeable in their use). 3) Re-label sanitizer spray bottles with contents.

- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles used for cleaning countertops/surfaces = good.
- Ice scoop stored in separate container with handle facing out = good
