Comments:
This inspection was done to verify that the sanitizer dispenser is repaired. The sanitizer dispenser is still in the process of getting repaired/replaced.
The sanitizer solution is being made manually and at the time of this inspection the quat sanitizer level in the wiping cloth bucket was >200 ppm.
The food packing station has been moved away from the dishwashing area as requested by EHO at the time of last inspection.
