Observation: Raw ground beef stored next to ready to eat foods in the chest freezer downstairs.
Corrective Action: Store raw meat separate from ready to eat foods in the freezer.
115   Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: There is a signicant gap underneath the exit door at the back of the kitchen.
Corrective Action: Block this door with a barrier immediately, especially at night. Provide a sturdy door sweep for this door to eliminate the entryway for pests. Evidence of mice noted adjacent to this door.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Flooring in back stairwell is loose and is a tripping hazard.
Corrective Action: Refinish the floor so that it is durable, smooth, non porous, and easily cleanable with an non-slip finish.

Observation: Handle is broken on walk in cooler door.
Corrective Action: Replace the handle.

Comments:

Premises otherwise clean and well maintained. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm Chlorine as required. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date.
